Fall 2008: August 16 (15 for Med-Surg), 2008 (Nephrology CNN,CDN, & CNN-NP postmark deadline is August 2, 2008; CCHT postmark deadline is August 16, 2008)

 

LATE FEE: Applications will be accepted for 2 weeks after the postmark deadline with the following late fees added:
ADD $50 for CNN, CDN, CNN-NP & CCHT; ADD $75 for Medical Surgical Nursing (Please note that Med-Surg, CNN, CDN, & CNN-NP applications are sent to their Certification Boards: MSNCB and NNCC respectively); ADD $25 for all other Certification Disciplines

The following is a list of Special Test sites that have filed applications to host the Medical-Surgical and/or SANE-A/P certification exam(s). While these sites have been approved, they may be canceled if the number of nurses registered for the site drops below ten. PLEASE NOTE: If a Medical Surgical site is listed as *STAFF ONLY* only staff of that facility may apply. Nurses applying to take the exam at a *STAFF ONLY* test site must mail paper exam applications, the online application form WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. If an applicant files an online application for a special test site and later needs to change to a *STAFF ONLY* test site, a $75.00 reschedule fee may apply!
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: there are no online exams applications for the SANE-A/P.  Hard copies must be printed and mailed by deadline dates.
