Application Postmark Deadline Date:
Fall 2008: August 16 (15 for Med-Surg), 2008 (Nephrology CNN,CDN, & CNN-NP postmark deadline is August 2, 2008; CCHT postmark deadline is August 16, 2008)
LATE FEE: Applications will be accepted for 2 weeks after the postmark deadline with the following late fees added:
ADD $50 for CNN, CDN, CNN-NP & CCHT; ADD $75 for Medical Surgical Nursing (Please note that Med-Surg, CNN, CDN, & CNN-NP applications are sent to their Certification Boards: MSNCB and NNCC respectively); ADD $25 for all other Certification Disciplines
